I had the flu a few weeks ago. frick that! No way I could have drank a single beer much less multiple beers. I was hurting so bad it took everything I had just to sit upright on the edge of the bed to drink a cup of soup using both hands. shite crippled me!

The alcohol helped with body aches, after awhile my back, legs, etc no longer felt sore

At the worse part of it I was literally crippled. I couldn't twist a bottle top off of a 2 liter, operate a can opener, or even turn a door handle. Seriously, it would have been hit or miss for survival without someone taking care of me.

Glad I'm not that bad, I'm an idiot though since I drank I couldn't take the cold medicine/prescription that was called in for me yesterday afternoon.

Yeah we're due for ice(not good with so many elevated roads) with a little snow on Wednesday.
I haven't looked at what the upstate is supposed to get. I'm assuming just snow?
