Yes. It doesn't suck. I recommend the smoked oyster bruschetta and the clam and bacon pizza. The smoked tried tip is pretty good, too, if you don't like seafood.
You can't see it, but Cape Kiwanda is about a 100 yards to the right of that pic. You can see haystack rock in the distance of this pic. Pelican brewpub may be a top 10 view in the state of Oregon, but I'd have to defer to LSUintheNW, because he's seen a lot more of Oregon than me. I know a couple of FBDers have been here.

FYI - our view from Pelican was much different than the pic above. It was overcast and stormy. You could see the huge waves hitting the rocks and shooting up into the air.
