Don't ask me that on a Friday night. I used a different hop...... sultana, I used a shite ton of that and white labs Belgian saison II yeast and 94% Belgian pilsner malt and 6% wheat. Mostly late addition hops. It was 96 ibu so maybe not a classic saison profile

Never heard of that hop. Looks interesting. 96 ibu is face-melting, but I like face-melting west coast ipas, so I'd drink it.

That was my goal, to marry west coast with Belgium. It was hot arse hoppy for about 3 weeks but is now starting to become more nuanced.
