FBD Herring and Stroopwaffles

Started out the day at the Albert Cuyp Street Market. Had some herring pickles and onions and a chocolate stroopwaffle
Then made our way on the bikes to Two Chefs Brewery for FBD Holy Gunter Pils

So talking to the bartender, which is often the owner in these little local bars.....we are a couple miles outside the tourist zone, he tells me he is big into American IPAs and this is his favorite dutch IPA, on the house. It's pretty good, maybe a touch maltier than I prefer but not bad.
