In case y'all are unaware, it's supposed to be around 110 degrees in Portland the next couple of days. I'm told that this is due to Global Warming and to not ask questions about the record snowfall we had this winter...
BTW - I'm gonna do that river float, soon. Great place to enjoy a few...

Try to get a picture of a beer in front of that house that has a bed on the dock... It's on the other side of the whitewater...
In case you're wondering, this is where LSUintheNW is:
You float for about an hour and a half down the Deschutes river and they have a shuttle that takes you back to the beginning so you can do it all over again. It only costs you the inner tube rental (if you don't have one) and 3 bucks for an all-day shuttle pass. Great way to spend an afternoon. Bend is gorgeous.
