I was thinking of aging mine a little longer. However, I personally don't care for beers aged for quite sometime. They turn too syrupy for my taste.

I have two bottles left. Might drink one on the day of the last tuition payment and one on graduation day.

This sweet 16 will probably not get finished tonight. Those Jews make a good beer.

Anywhere to order Oskar Blues?

I have never ordered it. I get it from BXN members in TX and I bring it home from trips to FL.

Let's Pour has the Dale's PA, VendomeStore has G Knight, Ten Fiddy, etc. These guys got a bunch too. I've never ordered anything from any of these places though.

I have one 12 oz bottle of GR I'm holding on to until the 2014 as well. Prob going to do a 3 year vertical. Curious to see how it ages.

I still have a 2011 Irish Channel Stout Bottle. Waiting to open it side by side with a can (if they will ever come out and can that shite).

Had I known they were gonna stop bottling I would have done the same. I must have went through 2 dozen of them without thinking

Only BD was a taste of homebrewed IPA just a moment ago. Had damn near a pitcher of Bloody Mary's at brunch, then margaritas at my parents' house this evening.

Will resume the beers tomorrow.

I've ordered with Holiday Wine Cellar. Got some real good stuff from them (Lost Abbey Red Poppy, Pelican MOAS, Fifty Fifty Eclipse EC 12 and Rittenhouse, Alesmith, Port...)

Shipping from Cali can be a bitch though. I saw they were doing free shipping on $75+ orders last Dec.

I bought a few. Drank one last March/April (2012) and it was drinking really well. Figured I'd save my last one until cans came out.

My wife hates me hogging all the room in the wine fridge with long term aging.

AL... Had to run in to FL Friday to hit up Hopjack's and grab some OB and DFH. There were only two semi-fresh 4 packs of G'Knight.

Heading back to the beach for a cigar and a G'Knight. Then it's g'night...

ETA: there was no time for BBB.

While it's on my mind, you or B or ru should email me and let me know if you're up for a tasting mid week. If so I'll grab a growler of SH and Gorillanaut on my way out.
