It was ok, not a huge Pils fan. Probably won't get another 6 pack after this one goes down.

Helped a buddy introduce some craft beer newbies to APAs, IPAs and DIPAs last night. The ones we tried were:

Parish Envie
Homebrewed Citra/Galaxy APA
Surly X-tra Citra APA - disappointing
Abita Big Easy IPA - better than the Surly at the same ABV
Fulton Sweet Child of Vine - nope
Deschutes Fresh Squeezed
Modern Times Orderville - well done Mosaic beer
Hair of the Dog Blue Dot - nope
Knee Deep Lupulin River - really nice
DFH 90 Minute IPA
Stone Enjoy By
Pliny the Elder

I know many beers have passed up Pliny on the best DIPA list, but damn, Pliny is still a great beer.

I've regretted ordering a lot of beers in my life, but I never regret ordering Pliny.
