6BD- Pork Butt just went in the smoker rolling on some Royal Oak and 6 chunks of Pecan @ 225F. Should be done around 2 tomorrow. It was a big butt over 9lbs.

That's some good stuff.

Strangeways was great. Really cool place and prairie had some great stuff there.

Glad Yall checked it out. My favorite craft beer place in Dallas in terms of atmosphere. Basically a dive bar with good beer.
