I need to make my way to BR, I didn't realize how bad the beer scene was in Thibodaux until recently.
No Oskar Blues, the Envie was about 4 months old, they had some Mechanics that the drink by date is in 2 weeks (I assume old)

Interesting take on a pumpkin beer. Pour super fizzy like a soda, and has a slight root beer quality to it. Tastes more like pumpkin bread than pumpkin pie, as in the sweetness is in the background. Nice and bready and roasted flavors coming through.

Just dragging in. Had 5BDs that were all Hop Risings. Apparently they came in to Dorignac's today, but dayum. All I really wanted to do was bitch about the maltiness, but wrong crowd
Now that I'm home, downing a Mystery Romp and then crashing.
I saw some talk about Commotion -- the September batch was malty. I'd rather buy the August batch at this point and risk it. If I see some October I'll give it a shot.
