We never lost power, even though we had 10" of rain in our garage and 4" in about 1/3 of our house.
We lost wifi for a day and a half.
All the flooding happened about 4 hours before the storm made landfall on Wednesday afternoon. We thought we were truly screwed, but the main event rolled through and was all wind, with very little rain, and the flooding eventually receded. One more inch of rain and the rest of the house would have flooded.
There were many large trees down in our neighborhood, and miraculously, no powerlines were hit.

We are all safe.
We got 8" of rain in 2 hours.
This was my backyard.
My front courtyard right after the storm.
Same porch the next morning. The tree across the street had not fallen, yet. The our garage is to the right. You can see the water lines on the side of the garage and on the pots in the courtyard.
The tree across the street fell after the storm was pretty much over.
My house is on the left.
Only thing to say is, "Cheers!".
