I was supposed to be down right now but had to stay here to over see implementation of the sequester. I looks like I'll have a couple of weeks of extra unpaid vacation this summer, so I'll be in BR a good bit then looking for free drinks

OK, I was thinking you were going to be in town this week. I was holding some THA for you. I am sorry you aren't coming in, but now I can drink the THA!

Give us a little heads up before you come and we'll hook you up for sure.

SBD: RR Saison Blonde Farmhouse Ale. Really great beer. About to buy some beer to go and get a growler of the Row 2 Hill 56.

Yes. I've been fortunate enough to try it several times thanks to the FBD BXN. Pliny the Younger is on my bucket list.

Dean I sampled that one at RR and really liked it. Not as much as damnation or salvation but we are talking about levels of greatness here

Nice. I am getting lots of good stuff to B today or tomorrow to put in your next box. I am pretty sure some of it will be new to you.

SBD is a Tommyknocker Black IPA I got through the BXN. Not great, but pretty good. Nice smell and taste, but the mouthfeel is too carbonated IMO.

I haven't had a lot of CDAs but the couple I have had are solid---stones sublimely self righteous and SA icon blue...the style feels like a good late winter or early spring brew---maybe late fall as well

If Icon Blue compares favorably with SSR, I need to try it.
