I don't have a thermometer. I just do 30-40 mins at 275. I've been happy with the results. I do need to get a thermometer though.

shite yall not, just bought some Jail Ale at Cuban. They were selling singles that one of them hauled back.

How much? $6 a can?

FBD was a Speakeasy Double Daddy DIPA. It was old, so tetued it in favor of a Deep Ellum IPA.

FBD is a Stone 18th that I got from the $1 bin at Calandro's.



Pretty solid. Still has a nice hoppiness to it. Very earthy.

The Deep Ellum was oldish as well.

TBD was this one from the $1 bin at Calandro's. I got ripped off.



Bad luck with beers tonight. So I figured this one would deliver. And it does.
