Our brewers hand-picked the best seven barrels in our sour program and then refermented on top of nearly one-thousand pounds of raspberries (more than 5 pounds per gallon).

After refermentation, we took the “base” layer of raspberry sour and added fresh lime juice, lime zest, vanilla, and lactose (milk sugar) for mouthfeel.
Raspberry Muse is jam-packed with fruit and complexity. Sweet and sour are perfect complementary flavors and the milk sugar brings that ratio to a perfect balance.
When you first put your nose over the glass you’ll get intense sweet-raspberry aroma immediately followed by acidic sour-lime notes. Your first taste will be sour raspberries and end with the sweetness and mouthfeel you’d expect from a raspberry cream tart. Finally, a very faint neutral oak flavor can be observed.
Raspberry Muse will not see distribution outside of the brewery. 1000 bottles

FBD was a Great Heights Citramendous DIPA. Real good beer they improved.
NBd is a Fruitier Pellets. Better than the regular Fruity. More body, more dry hops. This is great.
