The old lsu alumni bar was The Baseball Tavern but it was torn down a couple years back (RIP).
Banners is a good option - not too far from Faneuil and plenty of tvs as it’s a sports bar. That would probably be my recommendation as well.
If not, tavern in the square is in that area as well and will have the game on.
