I haven't had First Pitch, but when Sabro is done right coconut is a very pronounced flavor, in my experience. When I first read/heard about it I thought it sounded gross, then I tried it and was blown away. The New England brewery where I used to work did a beer with a Sabro/Galaxy blend that was excellent.
