FBD was some tasting of Homebrew, but first actual beer is another Tupp’s DDH v.8. This is pretty good stuff.

T?BD is a pour of my Neomexicanus Kveik NEIPA while I’m brewing up a recipe I was able to collaborate with Brieux Carre on for their 2-year Anniversary. But this beer I’m currently sipping is Sabro, Medusa, and Zappa in equal parts, with a NEIPA hop schedule (2XDH), and the Voss Norwegian Kveik yeast. The Sabro is dominant, in a good way, with the other hops adding some more complex light fruity flavors to the candy peach. I’m definitely going to brew another New England soon with Sabro and some of my more established favorite hops. Probably will keep the Kveik’s to more summer session oriented brews, but this wasn’t bad at all.
