NBD, rasputin. Not as drunk as i look, not my dog. Also, i smoked the chicken at 300 and the skin was still rubbery. Im at a fricking loss on chicken.

I know zappa. My buddy gives me shite about the hat all the time. Im 40. And another buddy was on record about salmon shorts a year ago. I just knew i wasn't leaving the house tonight, had to get the smoker going, etc, drank.

You are not alone. I've never been able to smoke chicken and not have a rubbery skin.
