ETA: sharing this with a friend. He has several of these in his cellar, but has never actually tried it. So I grabbed one out of the cooler to split with him. He's now a fan.

It’s not blowing me out of the water. Seems thin (maybe just me being overly critical). It came in lower than when I made the label (closer to 6%).
