I'm no Scotty.......just ask Spock......but I had a friend......who had cases of Pappy......and then scotches that I couldn't even pronounce.....he would give me tastings and then move to the Peated Islays. I really dig the earthy, mushroom quality of some of them......Bruichladdich Octomore was one he gave me.......it was like drinking the most intense sour stout like a Funkmetal or Tart of Darkness. Very satisfying.
