Looks good. I mostly use mine for hard boiled eggs, shredded chicken for different dishes like taquitos, tacos, salads, etc. I also like to do mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, potato salad, red beans, white beans, etc. in the instant pot.

I use mine primarily for roasts. Made some country ribs I found on sale recently and they were great.

Make real homemade stocks without watching a pot for 12+ hours.

Update:

Made the recipe and had mixed feelings. As far as the instapot goes, the chicken was super tender and pulled right off the bone. Shredding it would've been no problem.

As for the recipe, it was kind of bland but I guess I should've expected that from a "5-ingredient" recipe

I got an Instant Pot for Christmas as well. Looking forward to trying it out. Got some ribs to do this weekend. The recipe I found said to just cover them in your favorite rub, then throw them on the rack in the pot with some water/apple cider vinegar as the liquid and set for 35 minutes. Then finish off in the broiler for 5 minutes. Seems easy enough.

Please update this once you try it. We got a pot as well and I am looking for things to try.

Also, every recipe I get online (assuming it isn't a cajun site) is bland to me, so I add spices. I have never found a pintrest recipe that was seasoned well in my opinion.

Thanks.

Its a bit more in the oven.

Once you take the rack out of the IP, brush it down all over with BBQ sauce and then into the oven.

I use this for our kiddo, but not for us. For quick and dirty fall of the bone this is great.

here is the recipe I use and this site is my goto.

They are, I always sneak some. Very tender.

I goto Costco and grab a rack of the pre seasoned. They pull the membrane off so you just plop it into the IP.
