Favorite Dip/Jalapeno Popper Recipes

Looking to do both Sunday for the game looking for some fun recipes. Jalapeno Poppers would be done on the smoker unless you've got a better way.

Cut in half
Remove membrane if you don't want them spicy. I leave them in.
Fill with cream cheese.
Wrap with bacon. Use to toothpick to hold it together or put the end of the bacon facing down.
Cook til the bacon is crisp.

I like to put a little pork sausage in mine along with cream cheese.
