Your 1 and 3 are in my favorites list. Current favorites are Blue Chimay, Leffe Blonde and La Fin du Monde. If I had to pick one, I guess it would be Blue Chimay.

BTW: if you're going to JazzFest, don't pay $5 for a Foster's on the main grounds. Take a walk over to the jazz tent. There's a stand there where you can get Blue Moon and Pilsner Urquell draft for the same price....
