Walleye is so damn good. Right up there with sac-a-lait for freshwater fish.

Had the fish sangwich at Hot Tails in Prairieville earlier tonight - very, very good.

Agree Mama’s is delicious, but it ain’t catfish you’re eating. The location by the shopping center even has the “cat” part blackened out on the big menu behind the registers. It’s just “fish” on their printed menus. I’m guessing they’ve been selling swaii or something like that all this time and now have to comply with Louisiana laws.
So I don’t order the fish there anymore. Chicken is delicious.
