Farmers Market Find- Cheese Filled Pepperoni

This is a fatty's dream, an 8" pepperoni stick with a cheese core. There was probably eight to ten different sticks, each with a different cheese and one that was a summer sausage. I went with the mild horseradish and I'm not disappointed.

Good question. I probably paid for convenience and novelty, but I'm not that concerned over the price difference. The pepperoni & cheese stick sliced easily and fit on a cracker which served a purpose I guess.
I was thinking about trying a different cheese fill on a pizza.
