Benriner brand Japanese mandolin slicers are affordable & easy to use. Usually come with three comb-blade attachments for fine, medium, & course work

Funny, thats exactly what I ended up buying. I got the Benriner Wide Body with a set of 100% Kevlar gloves for $53 delivered. Not too bad..
