I used to like Kashi Go Lean Crunch.. until I found out they used genetically modified products and ingredients from China.

kashi has some damn strong cereals.

I have so many because cereal is my favorite food.
Both pebbles are great! I don't really like "big" pieces of cereal. I feel like these tiny ones fill me up better because they're not filled with air. I only need 1 bowl.
Crunchy nut is my FAVORITE. Love this stuff.
Oldie but goodie. Will always love Kix.
I like this better than Life.
Although Cinnamon Life is hard to beat.

Funny you mentioned it.
I put the two together, the let the milk sit on the two long enough to soften the Grape Nuts just a little, which makes it edible.
The trick is not soaking so long that the Special K goes to mush. Very tricky.
