I just want to say that I have gained a lot of insight from the most informative and civil board on TD. One of the best things I ever did was bookmark Meridian’s Italian soup recipe. It’s become a go to special dinner for alajones2 and me.

I'd like to say thanks to all the contributors too.
I can find inspiration here to cook even when my illness is getting the best of me, and that helps to get me to eat (which is vital at 110 lbs).
Hoping you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Yep. was late to the cooking party.
Learned how to make jambalaya, gumbo and home made bacon from this board.
Learned about Tri-Tips.
Also learned the people will literally argue about anything, even food/cooking.
