This was supposed to be the second location of Browns Cafe in Brusly.
Earlier this year they announced they were opening on Siegen Lane and I haven't heard a word since then. Are they still planning on opening or what?
It's the best fried chicken around and I was looking forward to having one on this side of the river.

I am working with the owners getting furniture set up and all that. The plan is to be open this late summer sometime in August. 'We on our way!' is what Cleveland, the owner, says to everyone. I am from Brusly and cannot wait!! Be patient, as good things come to those who wait

That's funny, I was at Browns last Thursday for the first time in months and asked about the new spot. The girl said next month.
End of the summer is good too.

I have been in the restaurant industry a long time and sooooo many things happen as you gear up to open. Specially when you are gutting out a new place. Cleveland is really putting in some work into this place. It is gonna be a secret gem for sure. When you walk in you wont expect what you will see!

It’s gonna be in that shopping center in the corner. We are getting soooo close to opening! Last of furniture in next week! As soon as I get a date I will post!

They opened today. The owner was there and was really nice. Got 3 pieces of fried chicken (breast, thigh, leg). Was some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had

I had a few drinks with the owner at Don Juan's a few months ago. Cool guy. He paid for my drinks when he got up to leave.
