Fall Weekend Cooking Vibes

Yes I know the high is mid-Upper 80s tomorrow but these last 2 days have given me my first feel of Fall Weather and am ready for some weekend cooking and drinking! I'm thinking a Chili.

Might do a trial run of the traditional Halloween chili.
Grill will definitely be lit tomorrow afternoon. Nothing special. Burgers, sausage, maybe some chicken thighs.

I saw some really good looking stew meat at Albertson’s yesterday but i need it to get below 70 degrees.

Highs this weekend are in the 60s and it's rainy.

playing the Hogs today. Put will have a pork butt and sausage at a minimum. Probably some chicken wings. Might throw some beef on to vacuum seal for chili once it actually gets cold. Temp currently is 60 degrees but it will heat up quickly today. Should be be a gorgeous day!

It’s still in the mid-60s here so not quite fall weather. But I’m itching to make some gumbo. Going to have to wait a few more weeks I think.
