Extra Innings Sports Bar in Central

Has anyone tried this yet? I looked for a thread but didn't see one. My parents went last night and they said that there was a band playing, the burgers were very good (they got the shrimp burger) and it was packed. Didn't know if they were right in their assessment or if it really is that good of a place to go.

It looks like central flocks to everything new just like baton rouge does ... I never judge the food at a place until it has been open at least two months ...

I haven't been, but a couple of people from the office say the food is very good.

My buddy said the food was average. I haven't had the chance to go as of yet. It seems to be pretty packed and busy thus far.

The wife went this past weekend, but not to dine. She liked the atmosphere (meaning to me it was large enough and not crowded) Its a Sports Bar, the food is prolly typical Sports Bar stuff........ 
I, being a Central Resident, was glad it opened such that I have a local choice to watch a game outside of my house if wanted.

Being that I am Head of Security there and kind of biased I will tell you this. It is VERY clean, all Daiquiris are made with premium alcohol, The Philly Cheese steak is awesome. There is a website with a full menu, events and facebook page and of course I don't think I can link it because of they say its advertising. There are bands every weekend until football season, 11 - 56" T.V's and a 65". The site is the name of the bar with lsu.com at the end.
If your wife, girlfriend, or a group of ladies come out and want to be walked to the car, we provide security 6 days a week, also if you need a ride home we will provide transportation for you.

Not really, we own the extrainnings.com domain and are moving to that, the reason for it having the LSU on the end is the owner wanted to put one in each SEC town but talking to him lately he wants to use the extrainnings.com domain, I just need them to change the nameservers.
