Emeril’s Banana Cream Pie

Been seeing a lot of places selling pies for Thanksgiving. Anyone know of some place that does a banana cream pie close to the caliber of Emeril’s. That pie is fantastic but it doesn’t look like they sell them.

Your best bet may be just to make it.
Alternatively, there is a group called The Furloughed Four (2 chefs and 2 sommeliers) that have been doing customer dinners since the shutdown. They all used to work at Emeril’s. It may be a long shot but reach out to them and see if they can help you out.

I had a slice at his wedding reception, really was not impressed, I have seen him make it in his show
