MoPho was not in that area. Otherwise, yeah, it’s a tough spot. Though you do get outliers - not sure how Dahla has hung on in that spot. The owner is opening a new Thai spot in midcity too, so he either has deep pockets or margins on high end Thai food are really good.

I miss Delmonico badly. I’ve oddly had so many different memorable experiences there. Loved the nice little bar and happy hour bites. Thought the building was awesome
