I haven't seen it with my own eyes, but a trusted co-worker just told me they put up a Dunkin' Donuts banner at the old Dos Hermanos (old taco bell) building on Sherwood.

Dunkin' Donuts

also there are alot here in TN (within the last 2 years we went from zero to one in every town it seeems like) and prices and quality varies WIDLY from one to the next.

i bought some donuts near jackson, tn for like 50 cents each and they were hot & fantastic.

the dd by my house seems to not make them fresh..and they want like $1.50 for a donut

mostly i just go for coffee though so i'm not sure what the problem is with the donuts.

In the West Philly burbs, I could hardly find a Starbucks but it was easier to find a DD than a Mickey-D's.
