Anybody here ever dry brined a pork roast or rack of ribs?
I'm smoking a Crown roast and I am familiar with dry brining beef ribs but wanted to see what your experiences were.

TIA

I dry brine pretty much everything outside of seafood if I have the time.

All the benefits of dry brining beef also apply to pork. Especially flavor and moisture retention.
