Trying this tonight on a Weber gas grill. I'm not going to season the steaks at all. This is my first time with beef on a salt block. Anyone tried this method?

You should pepper them, but the block will add the salt you need.

I have a salt block, but don't know what to do with it. Did you put it directly on the grill?

I copped this thick cut Tbone on sale at Rouses for 8 bucks and cooked it on my gas weber last night. No dry aging and salt block but it was really good.
Blue cheese and french bread on the side.
Those onions were cooked in foil on the grill with butter, garlic, fish sauce, and crystal. Took them out while the steak was resting and got some grill marks on them then poured the sauce over them when I put them on the plate.
