I have about two hours tonight in downtown Pittsburgh and want to visit a few breweries. Beer quality trumps atmosphere. Thinking Helltown and Aslin. Any others that should bump those?

Didn't realize they had a taproom in Pitt. Go with your gut
Dancing Gnome is great, but it's about 15 mins away from downtown, if that's a problem.

City Works is always fun and have like 100 beers on tap with a ton of local beers
Right in Market Square and stays open until midnight during the week. This is usually my go to when I am there for work and want to go solo or with a group

Lolev is a great option. Might be too far out of the way though.

Had little time and it was walking distance to my hotel so went to City Works. Great selection of local beers and fun place. Hoping my work successfully ends early tomorrow and I can hit up some breweries in the Strip area before heading to the airport.

Hell yeah brother glad you enjoyed it.
If you’re trying to get after it late night The Warren (not a brewery but a bar with sushi/food) stays open till 2am and not too far from there. Not too sure there are any other places open past midnight. Enjoy your time there, I always enjoy Pitt

Hell yeah, love that place. They have a really cool jazz bar right next to it, Con Alma that is worth checking out if you have time.
Gaucho is an amazing steakhouse downtown as well
