I used Swamp Dust once last year, a blend from Jennings (I think). Pretty much a pre-measured amount of seasoning in a clear plastic bag. You pour in the whole bag, and your done. It was good, but I always use bottles of liquid Zattarains boil as base stock.

targils in Opelousas has some solid mixes or they will make your own if you bring them a recipe

Once had them that way at a place in Breaux Bridge. The worst I've ever eaten except in Finland. I'd warn you of the place, but cannot remember its name and it's probably out of business now anyway.
