Whatever you do, use Cajun Land seasoning. Knocks Zatarains anything out of the park.

Will check out Cajun Land.
I used Swamp Dust once last year, a blend from Jennings (I think). Pretty much a pre-measured amount of seasoning in a clear plastic bag. You pour in the whole bag, and your done. It was good, but I always use bottles of liquid Zattarains boil as base stock.

I probably won't try it in 7-10 business days. I promised her I'd give them some business, but probably later in the season. It's a long drive for crawfish when there are good places close by!
