Whatever you do, use Cajun Land seasoning. Knocks Zatarains anything out of the park.

Will check out Cajun Land.

I used Swamp Dust once last year, a blend from Jennings (I think). Pretty much a pre-measured amount of seasoning in a clear plastic bag. You pour in the whole bag, and your done. It was good, but I always use bottles of liquid Zattarains boil as base stock.

On the main drag in Sunset. Noticed the sign last month. Didn't realize it was new. I'll expect a full report in 7-10 business days.

New owners. The place and name were already in existence.

I probably won't try it in 7-10 business days. I promised her I'd give them some business, but probably later in the season. It's a long drive for crawfish when there are good places close by!

Thanks, but I'm not into it that deep.

I'm happy with what's available.

Once had them that way at a place in Breaux Bridge. The worst I've ever eaten except in Finland. I'd warn you of the place, but cannot remember its name and it's probably out of business now anyway.
