for LSU baseball. I'm looking to a couple different sauces. Any recommendations? Davis seafood in Bosco is selling a sack of oysters for $35 compared to Drago's in lafayette wanting $70.

I chargrilled 6 dozen on Sunday. I took six sticks of unsalted butter, heated it on the stove to remove the impurities and then added 4 large cloves of minced garlic. Added salt, crushed red pepper, diced fresh Italian parsley and turned the heat off. Once it got cool I mixed in a bunch of fresh Parmesan. Put it in a squirt bottle and as I shucked the oysters my brother would put them on the pit and fill the shell up with the mixture. They were beautiful.

Yes it is. I normally get a sack for $45/50 at Don's.

There's a lot of threads on this so you may be able to find some searching.

hot wing sauce is good
White wine, butter, garlic, (cheese of choice)
Greek dressing is really good with olives

Those look amazing. Why did you not keep them in the oyster shell?
