I’ve eaten the heck out of octopus. My favorite was on strip to NY the octopus salad at The Clam Broth House in Hoboken NJ where Frank Sinatra hung out. Also had some great grilled octopus in Italy. Yum yum.

La Barca on Airline Hwy. has it on the menu. I’ve never had it so I recently ordered it. It was pretty good. I am guessing it was cooked correctly because it was pretty tender.

It is fantastic when cooked Argentinian style over a wood fired parrilla.

Took me a bit to get over the looks of it but now I really like it. Had some fantastic octopus at Callie in San Diego last night. Pappardelle was awesome too. Everything was.
