Do you prefer meat on the bone?

I haven't seen any empirical evidence that meat cooked on the bone is different than meat cooked in a boneless fashion, other than bones affect how the heat is distributed. No evidence that the bones add nutritional value.
I'm not sure if it's psychological, but I prefer meat that is right off the bone. The t-bone, for example, is my favorite steak and the bits right on the bone tastes the best.

Red meat on the bone!
Hell yes! I prefer any cut of steak or chop to be bone in.

Depends on the meat for me. I love a hard fried, bone in pork chop. My grandma use to season them with just salt and pepper and fry them until they were dark brown. It was dry as hell, but the flavor was so intense and gnawing on the bones was like heaven for me.
I also love a good thick T-bone steak grilled to medium rare and that meat around the bone is so good.
Fried yard bird is also one of the things I eat everything except the bone. My kids would look at my plate and say a forensic pathologist could put the animal back together without fleshing out the bones when I got done with a chicken.
