We're probably having a difference in vocabulary, as my eggs are anything but overcooked

By solid, I mean that I could, in theory, pick up a curd with my fingers, not that they are dry or have no movement. I meant solid as opposed to liquid.

Both of my parents are from Abbeville, IDK if the shite I learned growing up is legit or just coonassery.

I prefer eggs now without milk, just makes me question other shite I learned by watching in the kitchen.
