Welp. The food (except dessert) was outstanding and everyone we talked to said it was the best DL yet. 
Still think they handled it poorly, but I had a good time. The communal seating landed my best friend and I some awesome company, and we all ended up going out afterwards. I'm a fan of that aspect.

I wish DL would have some dinners on weekends instead of weeknights.

They have them on both, I know when football season started they went to all weeknights. Might have been for the fall. Make sure you are checking out Baton Rouge and New Orleans if you are in one of those cities.
