This. Unlike others (cough Adam Richmond, Paula Deen) she didn't take a backwards step or even a sideways step. She went from 34 million homes, to the hundreds of millions and more internationally. She took a good leap forward, even Bourdain to CNN didn't do that well.

When I've seen some of her shows in which she makes some sort of sandwich, those always look delicious.
