I think the pulled pork is pretty good, but there's not another BBQ restaurant around S'port/Bossier that serves pulled pork to my knowledge, so I usually stop when I'm out there. And I know the owners, so I like to give them my business. The BBQ beans are good, as is the mashed potato casserole. The rolls are men, but I've never had the buns.

I like it.
The original is in dallas and it's very good. They franchised it out and quality went down but it's still better than most

Or perhaps the chains just differ in quality. The one down the road from me here in Scottsdale completely sucks, and I really didn't care if it was a chain. It's pretty much 15-20 mins from where I live to any good BBQ, so I would have been happy if it was merely decent.
