I haven't had them in a while, but I am looking to cook some similar thin/crystal hot sauce marinated onion rings. I am looking for advice on a recipe.
From what I remember it looked like they use very thinly sliced red onions? Do yall think it is marinated in straight hot sauce or a mixture of maybe buttermilk and hot sauce, or something like that?
Also, any thoughts on how their battered? Seems to be a thinner batter than a lot of places.
