This place makes a massive biscuit sandwich. It is a chain, but it makes a great biscuit sandwich. The fried chicken biscuit is one of the best around.
Denver Biscuit Company
Check it out for yourself

We’re actually gonna rent a condo on the lake in Dillon so any recs in that area would be welcome as well. Definitely gonna hit up The Fort in Morrison, and trying to squeeze in Buckhorn Exchange, Linger, & Acorn

Sounds good - another guy told me Dillon Dam Brewery

That's the better option if you want food as well, but the beer at Outer Range is magnitudes better.

Stop by Smoking Yards BBQ in Idaho Springs on your way in. Great joint.

If you want atop shelf dinner, go into Breck for Ember.

I would check out a couple of food halls as well. Stanley Market in Aurora is a pretty cool spot. There is a bagel place in there that will change your mind about Lox and Bagels. It is expensive by Southern Standards (District Donut Prices). There is a Denver Biscuit company in there also. It is worth checking out for Brunch / Lunch if you want to have several choices. There is a brewery in there as well.

Avanti Market might be the best food hall in Denver for great variety, drinks, and some great mexican/south american dishes. Avanti Food & Beverage. There is an upstairs with a bar and a taco joint that is first class with great views of the city from here. If I were day drinking with a lunch option. For me this is it.
I don't really like Denver Central Market, but that's me. There is a great ice cream shop in there.
If you are looking for Chinese/Dim Sum: We (wife + 2 kids) ate here one day and it was an interesting experience. We were the only round-eyes in the place. There are tanks in the restaurant full of menu selections. Shrimp, Lobster, fish, crabs, octopus. It was bizarre to see the aquarium in the back and know that was where they were getting your meal.
They menu was in Chinese, with English afterthought for non regulars. We went at night, and they only serve dim sum for lunch.
Overall, it was like NYC Chinatown or Chicago's Chinatown as far as dining.

For Pizza, if you are in Boulder: Audrey Jane's has the best NYC slice outside of NYC. She was on DDD and that fruit loop Guy has a signed pizza pan on the wall. The shortcomings of Guy Ferry aside, this place has amazing pizza. They have a white pie that is absurdly good. The fresh green olives are amazing. Their meat pizza (Spicy Pig) is great as well. Hands down the best crust on a pizza I've had not in NYC. The owner is usually in there making pies every day (I've seen her in there last month the two times we went).

I would be wary of most of the brew pubs. Lots of them make skunk beer. Just because you can brew beer, doesn't mean you should; this needs to apply to many places in Boulder and Denver. We've done the walking tours of many places in the city and the variety is great, the quality in most places is wanting though. It burns my eyes to read the above beer bashing, but I believe it is warranted. I walked out on several flights last month because it just wasn't good enough to sit there and drink when other options are available. This happened in Boulder more than Denver.
HogsHead Brewery has many different Cask Beers, a favorite of mine, and I would check that place out if you like cask conditioned beer. There is a place across the street Growler USAthat has good beer variety like a Chimes. It is always packed and I've even seen a wedding reception there.
Anyway, beer will be hit or miss.

That place has the best cinnamon roll on the planet. No joke.

I’ll be in shoulder for the game, so I’ll try to get the pizza while I’m there. That Chinese joint w/ the tanks will be right up my wife’s alley.
