Denver: Downtown Restaurants

I'm in Denver this weekend from Saturday to Tuesday. I am looking for any recommendations for restaurants and bars. I always hit up breakfast at Sam's diner when I am there (that green chili!), but I would like to try some new places.
I'm also looking for something that crafts unique and tasty cocktails. When I go out to eat/drink, I generally like to try the specialty drinks at places.

Onefold for breakfast. If you like Pho I'd definitely recommend the bone broth tea.
Crave Real Burgers has the best burgers I've ever had.

Osteria Marco. Best cocktails I've ever had. Not just in Denver, I mean anywhere. And it's downtown.
You're Welcome In Advance

I enjoyed Tamayo. Especially if you like tequila.

Last time I was there I went to Euclid Hall and it was pretty solid.

Comida inside The Source and Root Down either in LoDo or concourse C of the airport for great food and cocktails.

Thanks for the suggestions. Tamario and Osteria seem to be right up my ally. Will give these two a shot. If time permits I'll check out some of these other places as well
