Yea fresh cut but not good w Togo. I rarelyget food Togo anymore. It changes the dish completely IMO, especially fried food which needs to be open, closed container will trap moisture, thus soginess

im surprised more restaurants dont bag their fries instead of boxing when sending them to-go. like fast food restaurants

we've gotten to-go food from dempsey's quite a few times, and it seems to hold up pretty well for the 10 minute drive. again, their fries are pretty nasty.

They are hand cut, this I know for a fact.. I've never loved their fries, but I also NEVER get dempseys to go. I love a hot fried chicken bacon cheddar poboy, hot gumbo, and dipping my fries in the gumbo. Most food (just like any other place) is a complete dissapointment when ordered togo.
