What brand/type of pickles taste just like the ones you get with sandwiches at every deli in the world?

Mass produced? Clausen? They don't cook their pickles, they just ferment them so they're closer to what I think of as a deli pickle. They're a Kraft brand, though, so they sure as hell aren't small batch.
A lot of the reason those really good delis get the flavor and texture they do is because they have a couple of barrels in the back room and make their pickles fresh on-site. No refrigeration, no cooking. Also, they can pull the pickle at any point in the process they want to and they can offer a less pickled pickle than you might get from a large brand. So, it might be hard to get exactly what you're looking for in a readily available and mass produced brand.
The good news is that true kosher dills (i.e. true fermentation in a brine with no added vinegar) are stupid easy to make. If you can clean cucumbers, boil water, and measure out spices, you can make pickles. Get yourself a glazed crock pot, something to hold the pickles under the brine while still letting it breathe, some cheesecloth to keep bugs and debris out while letting air in, some recipes to play with, a bushel of cucumbers, a cool dark place, a week or so to let the pickles pickle, and go to town. Also, you're not limited to pickling just cucumbers. You can pickle all kinds of vegetables.

I used to love canning until a friend of mine ruined my canner. It's hard to find decent produce on the NS, though. But, I bought some Mount Olive fresh pack pickles. Hopefully, they are close. I'm expecting, and not being able to find the right pickles is making me crazy. Thank you!

Clausen is legit.
Vlassic are the ones that suck.

Vlassic is terrible. The Mount Olives were pretty close, though. I didn't see the Best Maid. I will have to look for those next time.
