Minus the beans, I agree. There used to be a chili cookoff in Kennilworth, and I always voted for whatever little old lady was out there making your standard ground beef/tomato chili.

Pic of mine from a few weeks ago...usually hot enough to make me sweat around my eyes.
Ground beef, onion, bell pepper, rotel tomatoes(hot), bush's chili beans(hot), tomato sauce, McCormick's Mexican hot chili powder, cumin, Tony's, salt, garlic powder, Abita Amber(or beer of choice).
